YOUR ROLE- Act as an escalation point for complex users;
- Management user access in Jira, Active Directory and Goodle Workspace;
- Printer installation, network security configuration and Microsoft Office support;
- Intune Company
Portal for device compliance. - Contributing to internal IT projects, requiring networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS) and, while a senior position, a team spirit is essential to assist Level 1 helpdesk when needed.
- Degree in Computer Engineering or similar;
- Proficiency in
Jira, Active Directory, Google Workspace, Microsoft Intune, MDM and software installation;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Strong problemsolving mindset;
- Good communication skills;
- Fluent of English.
