Hiring Now: Service Desk – Dutch Speaker

Location: Lisboa or Porto (Hybrid – 2–3 days
- site per week)

We’re looking for a Dutch-speaking Service Desk professional to join a dynamic team in Portugal! If you're passionate about IT support and fluent in Dutch, this could be your next opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support via phone, email, and ticketing systems

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and
- related issues

• Support tools such as Active Directory, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and ticketing platforms

• Escalate complex issues to relevant teams

• Document incidents and resolutions accurately

• Ensure compliance with SLAs

Requirements:

• Fluency in Dutch and good English communication skills

• Prior experience in IT support or Service Desk roles

• Familiarity with Active Directory, Outlook, Teams, and ticketing systems

• Strong
- solving and interpersonal skills

• Must be based in Portugal with legal right to work

• Comfortable with a hybrid setup (Lisbon or Porto)
