Service Desk Specialist (Portuguese Speaker)

Aubay Portugal is a multinational French company with offices in Lisbon and Oporto. We are a specialized consultant in Management, Implementation, Development and Maintenance of Information Systems, serving sectors such as banking, insurance, telecommunications, services, energy and transports.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT service desk support as a Portuguese-speaking specialist.
• Utilize Service
  Now, Active Directory and Azure as part of daily operations (mandatory).
• Apply ITIL processes (mandatory) to incident, problem and change management.
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams to resolve user issues and improve service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering or related field.
• +3 years of experience as Service Desk Specialist.
• Experience with Service
  Now, Active Directory and Azure (mandatory).
• ITIL knowledge (mandatory).
• Proficiency in English and Portuguese (mandatory).
