- leading SSC, Randstad is currently recruiting for a Service Execution Analyst position.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient execution of services within established standards, coordinating with various teams, and driving continuous improvements.

Collaborate with Package Managers and Department Leads to validate service delivery, timelines, and scope.

Monitor service delivery KPIs and identify areas for improvement.

Identify and resolve process inefficiencies to ensure business continuity.

Verify charges align with Purchase Orders (POs) and contracts.

Manage PO revisions and resolve discrepancies between POs and invoices.

Ensure timely issuance of POs, coordinating with internal teams.

Work with Data and Accounts Payable teams to maintain data accuracy and reduce outstanding invoices.

Promote correct use of Bulletin of Measurement (BM) forms by service providers.

Manage and review BM forms submitted by suppliers.

competências

University Degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in Procurement and/or internal environments.

Familiarity with local purchasing regulations and legislation.

Proficiency in purchasing systems and MS Office applications.

Fluent in written and spoken English.
