Service Manager – Firewall & Network Security (m/f) – Remote

What do you need to have:

Hard Skills:

• Proven experience managing firewall services (Cisco, Fortinet, Checkpoint, Juniper).
• Strong knowledge of NGFW, IDS/IPS, VPNs, segmentation, and Zero Trust architecture.
• Experience in both IT and OT environments (preferred).
• Familiarity with ITIL framework, service KPIs, SLAs, and process governance.
• Understanding of security standards: ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR.
• Strong coordination, communication, and documentation skills.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese is required.
