U is looking for an experienced Service Manager to join our Technology team on a 12-month
- term contract, based at our Porto office.

At Fin
Tr
U, we are on a mission to establish robust IT service management (ITSM) practices.

As the Service Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of this initiative, shaping our services from the ground up. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring seamless service delivery, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.

This is a
- time role for Maternity Cover, based at Fin
Tr
U's offices at Rua de Santa Catarina, with hybrid working between home and the office (minimum 2 days per week in office).

Key Responsibilities:

• Service Design and Architecture
• Standardization of Service Design and Transition
• Define processes for retiring outdated services (End-of-Life Processes)
• Service Management and Delivery
• Manage Targets for Service Delivery
• Continuous Service Improvement
• Align services with Organizational Goals
• Maintain a Customer-Centric Approach
• Collaborate with Other Leads
• Ensure Effective Service Delivery
• Manage Service Desk Analysts
• Service Reporting

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in service management or related roles
• Familiarity with ITIL principles and best practices
• Strong communication, leadership, and
  - solving skills
• Experience managing third parties in an ITIL environment
