As part of its strategy for consolidation and growth, Truck & Trail Performance, an international company specialized in Roadside Assistance for transport vehicles, is looking to hire an Assistance Manager for its Carnaxide office, to handle roadside assistance requests from its German clients and partners across Europe.

Main responsibilities:

• Manage roadside assistance requests;
  
  
  
  
• Regular phone contact with German clients and partners, as well as other networks across Europe;
  
  
  
  
• Prospecting fornew German clients and partners;
  
  
  
  
• Monitor assistance requests and provide price quotations;
  
  
  
  

Requirements:

• High school diploma (12th grade) or equivalent;
  
  
  
  
• Fluent in
  German (native speaker preferred);
  
  
  
  
• Fluent in
  English;
  
  
  
  
• Knowledgeof other languages such as Dutch, French, Italian, Spanish, Polish, etc. (will be valued but not mandatory);
  
  
  
  
• Experience in similar roles (preferred, but not mandatory);
  
  
  
  
• Experience in the transport sector or technical support services (valued, but not a deciding factor);
