About the job
Ensure business continuity and service reliability.
Manage tasks, timelines, and dependencies using tools like Jira and Confluence.
Oversee incident management, service requests, and reporting.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports (Power BI).
Define and execute actions in case of critical application outages.
Drive process improvements and ensure operational excellence.
What are we looking for?
Solid understanding of service management and business continuity.
Experience with incident handling and problem resolution.
Familiarity with monitoring and reporting tools (Power BI).
Strong process improvement mindset.
Ability to work under pressure and coordinate stakeholders effectively.
