Service Network Supervisor
Overview
We are hiring a Service Network Supervisor for a multinational technological company.
Responsibilities
- High-level service center management
- Define strategies to implement local and HQ objectives in the Service Network
- Plan and support team activities to achieve overall and individual performance
- Visit service centers
- Periodic activities and plan reviews; Meetings with customers; Meetings with internal stakeholders
- Implementation of local and HQ processes and policies
- Visits to ASC candidates, approval, and
- up - Audit coordination; Define training plans
- Risk assessment and mitigation plans
- Interface with HQ for new requests and rollout projects
- Application of contractual and procedural requirements
- Service center business review
- Management of innovation processes
- Development of the improvement process
- Marketing and service network image campaigns
- Implementation of benchmarking and best practices
- Reporting and presentation of plans, activities, and results
Qualifications
- Degree in Business, Management, or related field
- Process improvement and analytical skills
- IT tools usage experience
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
