? We are looking for a Service Operations Manager to work in a hybrid model in Lisbon!

? Responsibilities:

✅ Oversee IT service delivery, ensuring alignment with SLAs, KPIs, and cost efficiency targets;

✅ Build and maintain strong partnerships with providers, IT business partners, and key stakeholders;

✅ Ensure comprehensive documentation of service and operations processes, including procedures and configurations;

✅ Develop and manage change enablement frameworks, ensuring proper logging, risk assessment, authorization, prioritization, and scheduling of changes;

✅ Drive continuous improvement to boost efficiency, scalability, and service reliability;

✅ Support ITIL-aligned processes such as Incident, Problem, Demand, and Knowledge Management.

? What are we looking for?

✅ 3+ years of experience working with digital solutions and in service management delivery roles;

✅ Proven experience in change enablement, risk assessment, and change schedule management;

✅ Hands-on experience with incident and change management tools (e. G. , Service
Now, Jira);

✅ Solid knowledgeof Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel;

✅ Experience in maintaining and updating service documentation;

✅ A proactive team player, open to learning and adopting new skills.
