Responsibilities:

• Manage incidents and changes using tools like Service
  Now and Jira.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to service operations.
• Ensure accurate risk assessments and develop change authorization frameworks.
• Implement and oversee agile development methodologies.
• Collaborate with teams to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience with digital solutions.
• Experience with incident and change management tools (e. g. , Service
  Now, Jira).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Office.
• ITIL certification or knowledge.
• Fluent in English with advanced writing skills.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Team spirit and proactive attitude.
• Good time management skills.
