- We are looking for a Service Operations Manager to join our Team!
What will you do?
Oversee IT service delivery, ensuring alignment with defined SLAs, KPIs, and budget targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with IT providers, business stakeholders, and internal partners
Lead and enforce the change enablement process — ensuring changes are properly logged, assessed, authorized, prioritized, and scheduled
Support core ITIL processes such as Incident, Problem, Demand, and Knowledge Management
Ensure risk assessments are accurately conducted and integrated into change decisions
