Service Sales Specialist (MV & LV)

Join ABB, a global technology leader providing electrification and automation solutions. As a Service Sales Specialist, you will drive service sales processes, generate opportunities, and secure profitable sales on the entire Service product portfolio.

Reporting

Reports to Marketing & Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead service sales processes and generate sales opportunities on the installed base.
• Penetrate the installed base and promote medium & low‑voltage services such as maintenance, upgrades, retrofits, and value‑add solutions.
• Understand channel strategy, establish pricing, prepare sales plans, and propose recovery plans when needed.
• Generate service sales leads and develop new market opportunities using market trend information and CRM (Salesforce).
• Build long‑term business relationships with existing and new customers.
• Respond immediately to specific customer needs and issues.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in electrical engineering or similar.
• At least 5 years of experience in the electrical segment, MV & LV service.
• Knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, medium & low‑voltage technical skills, and ability to deliver tailored solutions.
• Mindset to innovate, take ownership and drive improvement.
• Comfortable communicating in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Willingness to travel.
