We are currently recruiting, for integration in our internal team/client, professionals with the following profile: Service Support Engineer – English speaker (m/f) – Hybrid (Lisbon)

Responsibilities and Requirements:

• 5 years working experience with web development technologies (pref. international teams)
• Incident management tools (e. g. Servicenow)
• Java Skills – demonstrated experience on production environments
• AWS Cloud technologies
  - on experience
• 2nd line support experience & coordination with 3rd level
• Experience working with YAML files
• ITIL certification / knowledge
• Python (developing and architecture)
• Log analysis & analytical skills
• Agile development methodology (pref. with certifications)
• Experience in creation & updating documentation
• English fluent with advanced writing skills
• Good communication
• Team spirit
• Proactivity
• Time management
