Service Technician

stow is one of the leading suppliers of storage solutions. Our core activity is the development, manufacturing and installation of
- quality racking systems for the storage of palletized or small goods and longer items, as well as mezzanine structures.

Job Description

Based out of Ovar, Portugal, you will be responsible for testing, repairing, maintaining and supporting the Group’s technical installations of clients.

Main responsibilities

• Tests and repairs the company’s shuttle systems and mobile racks;
• Supervises assembly teams in large repairs of mobile racks;
• Provides remote support and training to customers on automated systems;
• Preventive maintenance (triggered by service contracts).

Qualifications

• Technical degree in Electromechanics or similar (knowledge in automation equipment is a plus);
• Relevant previous experience;
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written;
• Available to travel up to 80% of time, both national and international;
• Available for overtime (10 to 15 hours per month, on average);
• Resilient, with a diplomatic and customer centric attitude.
