We are looking for a Service
Now – Developer ITSM for a project in Lisbon.
Responsibilities:
- Setup the ITSM module (Change Management, Service Requests, Incident Management, Problem Management).
- Improve business processes and manage continuous improvements projects.
- Analyze current environment and propose automation when ever possible.
- Manage Technical documentation.
- Maintain Service catalog and Service level Management.
- Coordinate upgrades and changes to Service
Now instance. - Manage permissions and accesses (roles, users and groups).
- Maintain instance performance by regular checkups.
- Troubleshoot

- day operations and system issues. - Deploy update sets from
- prod environments. - Set-up notifications and alerts.
- Set-up reports and schedule them.
- Manage access control lists and scripts like server and client scripts.
- Develop and manage standard load template to import data.
- Resolve incidents and fulfill routine Service requests.
- Provide process training to business owners.
- Knowledge on CMDB Administration is a plus.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge on ITSM modules.
- Good level of English.
