We are looking for a Service
Now – CMDB System Administrator to support one of our top international clients in optimizing their ITSM ecosystem.

? What Are We Looking For?

✅ Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar Service
Now/CMDB administrative role

✅ Solid experience managing and improving Service
Now CMDB modules

✅ Strong understanding of CMDB health, CI attributes, groups, teams, flows

✅ Experience with ITSM processes and preparation of Service
Now CMDB for ITSM implementation

✅ Proactive mindset focused on process improvement and automation

✅ Fluency in English (B2+)

? Your Mission

- Monitor and maintain CMDB health and integrity

- Analyze and enhance the existing configuration:

CI attributes, flows, groups, and access controls

- Support ITSM readiness through CMDB optimization

- Coordinate Service
Now upgrades, changes, and performance checks

- Handle user roles and permissions, notifications, and system alerts

- Deploy update sets from
- production environments

- Build and maintain technical documentation and CMDB import templates

- Propose and lead process automation and continuous improvement initiatives

- Set up and manage reports and dashboards, and schedule delivery

- Deliver training sessions for business users and owners
