Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Work Model: Hybrid (2x/week

We are looking for a Service
Now – CMDB System Administrator to support one of our top international clients in optimizing their ITSM ecosystem.

What Are We Looking For?

✅ Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar Service
Now/CMDB administrative role

✅ Solid experience managing and improving Service
Now CMDB modules

✅ Strong understanding of CMDB health , CI attributes, groups, teams, flows

✅ Experience with ITSM processes and preparation of Service
Now CMDB for ITSM implementation

✅ Proactive mindset focused on process improvement and automation

✅ Fluency in English (B2+)

Your Mission

• Monitor and maintain CMDB health and integrity

• Analyze and enhance the existing configuration: CI attributes, flows, groups, and access controls

• Support ITSM readiness through CMDB optimization

• Coordinate Service
Now upgrades , changes, and performance checks

• Handle user roles and permissions , notifications, and system alerts

• Deploy update sets from
- production environments

• Build and maintain technical documentation and CMDB import templates

• Propose and lead process automation and continuous improvement initiatives

• Set up and manage reports and dashboards , and schedule delivery

• Deliver training sessions for business users and owners
