Responsibilities:
Configure and administer the Service
Now platform, ensuring performance, stability, and functionality
Implement and maintain modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Knowledge, and Service Catalog
Automate workflows and develop scripts using Java
Script and Flow Designer
Manage user access, roles, and groups in compliance with security best practices
Monitor system health, perform upgrades, and apply patches
Support integrations with other tools and platforms via REST/SOAP APIs
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective Service
Now solutions
Document configurations and update internal knowledge base
You must have:
Proven experience as a Service
Now Administrator, with
- on knowledge across core ITSM modules
Proficiency in scripting (Java
Script) and workflow automation within the platform
Experience with platform integrations using APIs (REST/SOAP)
Familiarity with Service
Now CMDB, Discovery, and Service Catalog
Understanding of ITIL principles and how they apply within Service
Now
Experience with system upgrades and instance cloning
Excellent
- solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills and ability to interact with technical and
- technical stakeholders
Service
Now Certified System Administrator (mandatory); additional certifications are a plus
European Union Citizenship or Portuguese Working Visa / Portuguese Residency
Availability to go to the office, once or twice per week
