We are looking for a Service
Now Architect for a remote project in Lisbon.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or the equivalent combination of education, experience, and training
• Proven experience in Service
  Now administration, configuration, and implementation.
• Solid understanding of ITIL processes within ITSM frameworks.
• Expertise in customizing Service
  Now modules like Incident, Change, Problem, and Service Request Management.
• Proficiency in Service
  Now scripting languages (Java
  Script, Glide scripting) and APIs.
• Knowledge of Service
  Now ITOM, ITBM, or related modules (preferred).
• Experience with Service
  Now performance tuning, troubleshooting, and upgrades.
• Familiarity with integration protocols such as SOAP, REST, and MID Server.
• Strong analytical and
  - solving skills with efficient solution delivery.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to engage technical teams and business users.
• Service
  Now Certified System Administrator (CSA) or other relevant certifications would be nice to have.
• Experience with other Service Management Tools (SMT) beyond Service
  Now.
• Exposure to automation tools and workflows within Service
  Now.
