We are seeking a Service
Now Business Analyst with
- on experience leading and supporting Service
Now implementation projects to join our client’s team on a remote basis from Portugal.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure Service
  Now solutions meet organizational needs.
• Lead workshops and
  - gathering sessions, translating business objectives into clear functional specifications.
• Configure and adapt existing Service
  Now modules in line with best practices and client requirements.
• Coordinate and support integrations between Service
  Now and other enterprise systems.
• Conduct process mapping, gap analysis, and solution design to enhance workflows and service delivery.
• Prepare documentation, training materials, and knowledge transfer sessions for
  - users and internal teams.
• Support governance, audit, and compliance processes related to cybersecurity standards and ITSM best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Service
  Now Certification is mandatory.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in Service
  Now implementation or transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of Service
  Now capabilities, workflows, and configuration options (non-development focus).
• Experience with ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, or Security Operations modules is highly valued.
• Familiarity with integrations (APIs, data exchange) and basic scripting (Java
  Script) is a plus.
• Solid understanding of IT service management and cybersecurity concepts.
• Fluency in both Portuguese and English (written and spoken).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
