WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Use modeling tools and analysis to identify business IT needs.
• Handle multiple systems to deliver business objectives.
• Create IT project plans.
• Assist with software integration with Service
  Now.
• Train staff on new processes, software, and systems.
• Hold a Master’s degree in Information Systems and/or Computer Science.
• Have at least 5 years of relevant experience in ITSM and/or CSM Modules.
• Demonstrate experience working in complex organizations and Agile environments.
• Certification in Service
  Now, CIS-ITSM, CISSP or equivalent certifications are assets.
• Collect, analyze, and prioritize requests, anticipating potential issues during evolution.
• Regularly follow up on project status for sponsors and direct leaders.
• Ensure functional testing of assigned subjects.
• Be fluent in English.
