Now - CMDB System Administrator role at emagine.

We are seeking an experienced Service
Now - CMDB System Administrator with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in computer science or an equivalent qualification. Strong knowledge of CMDB modules is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage CMDB health
• Review the existing configuration: attributes, flow, Configuration Items (CIs), Groups, Teams, etc.
• Prepare the CMDB for effective IT Service Management (ITSM) implementation in Service
  Now
• Improve business processes and manage continuous improvement projects
• Propose automation whenever possible
• Manage technical documentation
• Coordinate upgrades and changes to the Service
  Now instance
• Manage permissions and access (roles, users, and groups)
• Maintain instance performance through regular checkups
• Troubleshoot
  -
  - day operations and system issues
• Deploy update sets from
  - production environments
• Set up automatic notifications and alerts
• Set up reports and schedule them
• Develop and manage a standard load template to import data
• Provide process training to business owners

Key Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of CMDB modules
• Experience with ITSM is a strong plus

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with automation in IT processes
• Knowledge of Service
  Now platform upgrades
• Experience in providing training to users
