Job Description

• Manage CMDB health;
  
  
  
  
• Review the existing configuration:
  
  attributes, flow, CIs, Groups, Teams, etc;
  
  
  
  
• Prepare the CMDB to be able to implement effectively ITSM in Service
  Now;
  
  
  
  
• Improve business processes and manage continuous improvements projects;
  
  
  
  
• Propose automation whenever possible;
  
  
  
  
• Manage Technical documentation;
  
  
  
  
• Coordinate upgrades and changes to Service
  Now instance;
  
  
  
  
• Manage permissions and accesses (roles, users and groups);
  
  
  
  
• Maintain instance performance by regular checkups;
  
  
  
  
• Troubleshoot
  -
  - day operations and system issues;
  
  
  
  
• Deploy update sets from
  - prod environments;
  
  
  
  
• Set-up automatic notifications and alerts;
  
  
  
  
• Set-up and schedule reports;
  
  
  
  
• Develop and manage standard load template to import data;
  
  
  
  
• Provide processtraining to business owners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent;
  
  
  
  
• Experience of minimum 5 years in a similar role;
  
  
  
  
• Proven experience with Service
  Now (configuration, administration, development, management and deployment);
  
  
  
  
• Strong knowledge on CMDB modules - CMDB configuration, administration and usage;
  
  
  
  
• Experience in Service
  Now ITSM and workflows;
  
  
  
  
• Experience with
  Javascript, HTML, XML and Web services REST, API, SOAP;
  
  
  
  
• Knowledgein Infrastructure and ITOM;
  
  
  
  
• Service
  Now CSA Certification and Service
  Now CMDB Fundamentals;
  
  
  
  
• Knowledgeof ITIL best practices;
  
  
  
  
• Good level of English.
