We are looking for a Service
Now Consultant with proven experience in implementation to join our Client's team on a hybrid working model from Lisbon, Porto, or Braga.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and participate in Service
  Now implementation projects, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements.
• Configure and customize Service
  Now modules to meet client needs, following best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define solutions, and deliver
  - quality implementations.
• Support integrations between Service
  Now and other enterprise systems.
• Ensure platform performance, scalability, and security in all deployments.
• Provide documentation, training, and knowledge transfer to users and internal teams.
• Support audits and compliance requirements related to cybersecurity standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven professional experience in Service
  Now implementation projects.
• Strong knowledge of Service
  Now platform capabilities and best practices.
• Experience with ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, or Security Operations modules is highly valued.
• Familiarity with integrations and scripting (Java
  Script, APIs).
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity concepts and practices.
• Fluency in both Portuguese and English (written and spoken).
• Strong communication and
  - solving skills.
• Ability to work
  - site 3 days per week in Lisbon, Porto, or Braga.
