Position: Service
Now Consultant

Location: Portugal | Full remote to France

Language: French level B1 or higher – must be able to understand and communicate

What You’ll Do:

Implement and configure the Service
Now SPM module (PPM, Demand, Resource, Roadmap, Investment).

Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.

Support stakeholders in defining portfolio and project management processes.

Build reports and dashboards to support
- making.

Must-have

Proven experience with Service
Now SPM.

Knowledge of portfolio/project management processes (PMO, ITBM, PPM).

Strong functional analysis and stakeholder communication skills.
