Position: Service
Now Consultant

Location: Portugal | Full remote to France

Language: French level B1 or higher – must be able to understand and communicate

What You’ll Do:

• Implement and configure the Service
  Now SPM module (PPM, Demand, Resource, Roadmap, Investment).
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
• Support stakeholders in defining portfolio and project management processes.
• Build reports and dashboards to support
  - making.

Must-have

• Proven experience with Service
  Now SPM .
• Knowledge of portfolio/project management processes (PMO, ITBM, PPM).
• Strong functional analysis and stakeholder communication skills.
