What you will be doing?

• Designing and developing Service
  Now configurations to ensure proper functionality;
• Implementing new modules and applications within the platform;
• Developing digital workflows and application modules;
• Preparing detailed technical specifications and documentation;
• Managing updates and platform configuration changes;
• Developing the B2B vendor evaluation workflow, covering ARAQ, Data Privacy, SDD, and GDD phases;
• Collaborating with Agile teams to improve and optimize processes.

What are we looking for?

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience as a software developer;
• Service
  Now Fundamentals certification (mandatory – if not available, we may still consider strong profiles);
• Service
  Now Application Developer (APPENGINE) certification (a plus);
• Knowledge of Web Services integration (SOAP, REST, JSON);
• Strong capabilities in design and testing;
• Experience with Agile methodologies;
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
