Now Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Service
Now applications to support IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and enhance business workflows.

Responsabilities:

• Create and configure Service
  Now applications and modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, Service Catalog).
• Design and implement workflows, business rules, UI policies, and UI actions to automate processes.
• Integrate Service
  Now with other systems using APIs, web services, and integration tools.
• Manage the CMDB and ensure data integrity and accuracy.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and training materials.
• Work with IT, business analysts, and project managers to deliver
  - quality solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Service
  Now Developer with strong ITSM knowledge.
• Proficiency in Java
  Script, HTML, CSS, and web technologies.
• Experience with Service
  Now scripting, workflows, and integrations.
• Service
  Now Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• Strong analytical and
  - solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Attention to detail.
