Your mission will be…
- Utilize your exceptional technical skills to design, implement, and support our
- edge Service
Now solutions. - Continuously explore the latest Service
Now configurations and best practices, and bring them to life, elevating our platform's capabilities. - Collaborate with
- functional teams, applying your deep understanding of Agile methodologies to ensure seamless change and release management. - Become the guardian of our productive Service
Now environment, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
We are looking for someone with…
- Minimum 3 years of
- on experience in Service
Now implementation, mastering Service
Now's features, such as Business Rules, Workflows, Client Scripts, and UI Pages. - Mandatory: Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- Proven track record in integrating Service
Now with other enterprise systems (JDBC, MID Server, REST APIs). - Fluency in English, both written and verbal (mandatory).
- Bonus points for experience in specific Service
Now modules (ITSM, HRSD, CSM, SPM, PA). - Adaptability to Agile methodologies and a keen eye for effective change management.
- Exceptional communication skills to collaborate with
- functional teams. - Self-motivated and able to thrive in a dynamic, virtual work environment.
