Your mission will be…

1. Utilize your exceptional technical skills to design, implement, and support our
   - edge Service
   Now solutions.
2. Continuously explore the latest Service
   Now configurations and best practices, and bring them to life, elevating our platform's capabilities.
3. Collaborate with
   - functional teams, applying your deep understanding of Agile methodologies to ensure seamless change and release management.
4. Become the guardian of our productive Service
   Now environment, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.

We are looking for someone with…

1. Minimum 3 years of
   - on experience in Service
   Now implementation, mastering Service
   Now's features, such as Business Rules, Workflows, Client Scripts, and UI Pages.
2. Mandatory: Certified System Administrator (CSA).
3. Proven track record in integrating Service
   Now with other enterprise systems (JDBC, MID Server, REST APIs).
4. Fluency in English, both written and verbal (mandatory).
5. Bonus points for experience in specific Service
   Now modules (ITSM, HRSD, CSM, SPM, PA).
6. Adaptability to Agile methodologies and a keen eye for effective change management.
7. Exceptional communication skills to collaborate with
   - functional teams.
8. Self-motivated and able to thrive in a dynamic, virtual work environment.
