Now Developer !

Responsibilities

• Development of services, applications, and modules on the Service
Now platform, ensuring
- quality delivery within deadlines and budgets;

• IT integration in Service
Now projects, ensuring all required integrations;

• Propose and implement process improvements;

• Use new technologies and innovative methods in service development;

• Prepare technical documentation according to company standards;

• Keep technical knowledge updated in Service
Now, Java
Script, . NET, and Jelly;

• Lead business requirements and interact with stakeholders, including C-level executives.

What are we looking for?

• Degree in Computer Science/IT or minimum 5 years of professional experience in IT;

• 5+ years of experience in technical analysis and design;

• Deep knowledge of the Service
Now Platform, recognized as a specialist;

• Proven experience in software implementation and/or systems deployment;

• Certifications: Service
Now Administrator, Application Developer, and Implementation Specialist;

• Technical expertise: Java
Script, Jelly, . NET, Web Services (SOAP/REST);

• ITIL Foundation (preferred);

• Experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies (preferred);

• Advanced English and French (mandatory, spoken and written);

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;

• Ability to manage priorities in a complex environment, with analytical and creative approaches to
- solving.
