What do you need to be a SMART Service
Now Developer?

- At least 3 years of experience in Service
Now implementation projects;

- Strong knowledge of the Service
Now platform ;

- Proven experience in installation, configuration, and administration of Service
Now;

- Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP integrations ;

- Knowledge of Now Platform and ITSM (Incidents, Problems, Changes) ;

- Training and certifications in Service
Now (minimum 2 of CSA, CIS, CAD );

- Good knowledgeof Java
Script, HTML5, CSS3, Ajax, Web Services ;

- Fluency in English (Portuguese required, Spanish is a plus).
