What do you need to be a SMART Service
Now Developer?

• At least 3 years of experience in Service
Now implementation projects;

• Strong knowledge of the Service
Now platform ;

• Proven experience in installation, configuration, and administration of Service
Now;

• Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP integrations ;

• Knowledge of Now Platform and ITSM (Incidents, Problems, Changes) ;

• Training and certifications in Service
Now (minimum 2 of CSA, CIS, CAD );

• Good knowledge of Java
Script, HTML5, CSS3, Ajax, Web Services ;

• Fluency in English (Portuguese required, Spanish is a plus).
