Deliverables

• Setup the ITSM module (Change Management, Service Requests, Incident Management, Problem Management)
• Improve business processes and manage continuous improvements projects
• Analyse current environment and propose automation whenever possible
• Manage Technical documentation
• Maintain Service catalog and Service level Management
• Coordinate upgrades and changes to Service
  Now instance
• Manage permissions and accesses (roles, users and groups)
• Maintain instance performance by regular checkups
• Troubleshoot
  -
  - day operations and system issues
• Deploy update sets from
  - prod environments
• Set-up notifications and alerts
• Set-up reports and schedule them
• Manage access control lists and scripts like server and client scripts
• Develop and manage standard load template to import data
• Resolve incidents and fulfil routine Service requests
• Provide process training to business owners
• Knowledge on CMDB Administration is a plus

Expertise

• Expertise in Service
  Now configuration, administration and usage
• Hands on development, management and deployment experience with Service

• Troubleshoot system issues, investigate and recommend permanent solutions and workarounds
• Experience with Javascript, HTML, XML and Web services REST, API, SOAP
