Now Developer

Location:

Portugal | Full remote

What You’ll Do:

Detect and resolve issues proactively;

Provide technical support for customers and users of the portal portal;

Prepare regular technical reports and analyses

Collaborate with the development team to fix system errors and implement enhancements

What We’re Looking For:

Experience with integration and API usage in Service
Now

At least one relevant certification in Service
Now (e. G. , Service
Now Certified System Administrator)

Experience with the Incident Management module in Service
Now

Experience as a Service
Now developer in the Vulnerability Response module

Fluent in Portuguese and English;
