Requirements:

• Maintain and configure core Service
  Now modules including Incident, Request, Change, Problem, and Knowledge.
• Monitor system performance and proactively address issues such as job failures, patching, and performance degradation.
• Test and manage all platform and module upgrades.
• Facilitate manual remediation for failed workflows, perform
  - cause analysis, and propose configuration changes.
• Maintain Service
  Now integrations with other platforms such as Azure, Active Directory, and a Service Desk
  - bonding solution.
• Maintain Service
  Now vendor account life cycle activities in the production and development instances.
• Support L1/L2 teams by maintaining accurate routing rules and escalation paths.
• Respond to issues detected in the platform and adhere to Incident, Change, and Problem management practices.
