We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service
Now Developer with a strong focus on the Customer Service Management (CSM) module. The ideal candidate will also possess extensive knowledge and expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), Software Asset Management (SAM), Platform Encryption, and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).

The role requires extensive experience in Service
Now development (5+ years), with particular emphasis on CSM implementation and administration (3+ years). You’ll be responsible for designing and implementing Service
Now solutions as well as managing platform encryption.

The successful candidate will combine strong technical abilities with excellent communication skills.

This is a

What are the responsibilities?

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Service
Now solutions with a primary focus on the CSM module.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

• Develop and customize Service
Now applications and modules, including ITSM, ITOM, SAM, and GRC.

• Ensure the integration of Service
Now with other enterprise systems and applications.

• Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

• Configure and maintain platform encryption solutions ensuring data security compliance

• Implement and maintain security controls and access management

• Stay updated with the latest Service
Now features, best practices, and industry trends.

What do you need to qualify for this job?

• 5+ years of Service
Now development experience

• 3+ years of experience with Service
Now CSM implementation and administration

• In-depth knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), Software Asset Management (SAM), and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).

• Experience with Platform Encryption and security implementations

• Service
Now certifications (Required):

Service
Now Certified Application Developer

Service
Now Certified Implementation Specialist – CSM

Technical Expertise:

• Service
Now CSM modules and workflows

• Performance optimization and troubleshooting

• Integration patterns and middleware solutions

Additional Requirements:

• Experience with ITIL framework

• Strong
