What will you do?
- Manage, configure, and enhance Service
Now Field Service Management (FSM) modules. - Collaborate closely with technical teams to support developers in configuring and customizing Service
Now solutions. - Understand technical requirements and contribute to the design, validation, and review of technical architectures.
- Act as a technical point of contact with customer stakeholders, discussing complex functional and technical solutions.
What do you need?
- 5+ years of experience in system development.
- 3+ years of
- on experience with Service
Now Field Service Management. - Strong knowledge and practical expertise in Service
Now FSM configuration and customization. - Excellent English communication skills (able to clearly discuss technical topics).
Nice to Have
- Service
Now certifications such as CSA, FSM, or CTA.
