We are looking for a Service
Now HRSD Administrator to integrate a hybrid project in Lisbon.

Profile:

- Service
Now System Administrator Certification required;



-Experience with Directory Services (AD, Azure
AD, LDAP) integrations (preferred);



-Familiarity with Service
Now Orchestration and automation tools;

• Provenability to troubleshoot workflows, manage platform performance, and ensure SLA/KPI compliance;
  
  
  
  
• Expertisein Service
  Now HRSD module configuration and administration (mandatory);
  
  
  
  
• In-depth experience with Case Management, Knowledge Management, and Employee Center modules;
  
  
  
  
• Prior experience with requirement gathering, UAT, and mentoring;
  
  
  
  
• Strong knowledge of XML, SQL, Java
  Script, REST Web Services, and Microsoft Azure;
  
  
  
  
• Understanding of ITIL v3/v4 frameworks and best practices;
  
  
  
  
• Strong analytical and
  - solving skills;
  
  
  
  
  - oriented and
  - driven;
  
  
  
  
• Comfortable using IDEs and development tools for light configuration tasks;
  
  
  
  
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation, configuration, and continuous improvement of the Service
  Now HRSD module in partnership with the system integrator;
  
  
  
  
• Configureand maintain HRSD components such as Case Management, Knowledge Management, and Employee Center;
  
  
  
  
• Manage HRservices, cases, catalog items, topics, workflows, business rules, notifications, and email templates;
  
  
  
  
• Maintain and update HR templates, forms, taxonomy, and permissions (no heavy development required);
  
  
  
  
• Provide user and platform support, analyzing and resolving incidents, coordinating with the technical team for fixes, integrations, and enhancements;
  
  
  
  
• Participate in Service
  Now release cycles and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT);
  
  
  
  
• Create and maintain user and administrative documentation, ensuring alignment with governance standards;
  
  
  
  
• Monitor platform quality, SLAs, and KPIs, producing dashboards and reports on key HRSD metrics;
  
  
  
  
• Support HR governance and budget preparation, and assist in rolling out new HRSD features and modules;
  
  
  
  
• Collaborate closely with HR, IT, and
  - functional stakeholders to ensure consistent service delivery and platform adoption.
