What You'll do:
- Support the implementation and configuration of the HRSD module in Service
Now; - Manage HR services, cases, catalog items, and related workflows;
- Maintain HR taxonomy, permissions, templates, and documentation;
- Provide user support and resolve HRSD incidents;
- Monitor platform performance, SLAs, and KPIs;
- Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders;
- Participate in testing, releases, and continuous improvement initiatives;
- Hybrid Work Model;
What You Are:
- Proven experience (+5 years) in Service
Now HRSD implementation and configuration; - Service
Now System Administrator certification (mandatory); - Strong hands‑on experience with HRSD configuration, including case management, knowledge management, and employee center modules;
- Familiarity with ITIL V3/V4 framework (preferred);
- Experience with REST Web Services, Directory Services (Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP), Java
Script, XML, and SQL; - Understanding of Microsoft Azure and integration concepts;
- Ability to gather requirements, perform testing, and provide mentoring;
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Service
Now workflows and processes; - Portuguese and English fluency;
