At Capgemini Portugal, we are searching for a Service
Now IT Operations Management to reinforce our teams.

If you have at least 4 years of experience working with Service
Now, your place is with us!

You will be joining our team and working closely with our clients.

• Degree in Computer Science or similar;
  
  
• At least 4 years of experience in development with Service
  Now products;
  
  
• Serve as Technical Consultant for ITOM (CMDB, Discovery, Event Management, Cloud Management, Hardware Asset Management) implementations;
  
  
• Provide
  - on development including creation, configuration, and customization of patterns, Discovery Schedules, Event rules, application fields, business rules, client scripts, user roles and groups, access controls, and more;
  
  
• Develop integrations to existing IT Operations Management tools using Service
  Now workflows, scripting, and web services/REST APIs;
  
  
• Integrate Service
  Now ITOM modules with various enterprise monitoring tools, automating alerts, and application management tools using
  -
  - shelf plugins and API methods;
  
  
• Utilize operational experience, Service
  Now Sys Admin, and Service
  Now best practices;
  
  
• Experience incommunicating and implementing the ITIL CMDB Model;
  
  
• Experience inpopulating CMDB solutions and managing CMDB health metrics;
  
  
• Consulting experience as a key technical resource leading the development and delivery of ITOM solutions in client environments;
  
  
• Work in a dynamic environment using agile methodology to deliver client requests;
  
  
• Certifications are a plus.
