We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to join us on a hybrid project in Porto:

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Ensure the development of new functionalities for specific projects;

• Manage maintenance actions of the instances;

• Manage and guarantee instance settings;

• Keep the instances in operational condition;

• Provide user support.

Qualifications:

• Service
Now experience (but training on the software is planned);

• Javascript knowledge;

• Nice to have REST API knowledge;

• Nice to have Web languages (HTML, CSS, Angular JS).

Other Requirements:

• Good level of English - minimum B2 (mandatory);

• Good level of French is a nice to have (but not mandatory, also language classes are provided);

• Ability to keep up with a demanding and
- paced environment;

• Willingness to learn and develop;

• Good communication skills;

• Ability to work in a team.
