About The Job

As Service
Now Lead Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering Kantar’s Service
Now platform. This position is vital in ensuring Service
Now continues to support the Kantar business in meeting our colleagues and the business needs whether they be about Tech, HR or Finance. You will be pivotal to continuously enhance the platform to “make it easier to get things done in Kantar”. Acting as the bridge between stakeholders and the development team, you will ensure alignment of objectives and delivery excellence. You will strive to continually improve the colleague experience in Service
Now, by harnessing your UX design skills and process optimisation knowledge to drive excellent experiences. You will be responsible for defining product roadmaps, prioritizing features, and collaborating with
- functional teams to meet project goals. Working with partners and suppliers you will maintain excellent knowledge of current and future Service
Now products.

Job Goals

• Define the strategic vision and scope of Service
  Now for Kantar, engaging stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Prioritize, plan, and oversee delivery of key enhancements to the Service
  Now platform that drive improved colleague and customer experience.
• Advise on and implement Service
  Now best practices, optimizing platform usage to address business challenges efficiently.
• Facilitate effective collaboration among
  - functional teams, ensuring clear requirements, smooth integration, and successful delivery of new features.
• Identify and initiate continuous improvement opportunities within Service
  Now processes and value delivery, reducing technical debt and enhancing agility.

Ideal Skills & Capabilities

• Shown experience using Service
  Now in roles such as (technical) business analyst, product owner, or solution architect, demonstrating the ability to translate business needs into actionable technical requirements. This is not a
  - on development role but you will be expected to demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the Service
  Now platform and how it can support business processes.
• A strong understanding of agile development practices and experience delivering products from concept to launch within iterative frameworks.
• Advanced requirements analytical skills to interpret customer requirements into compelling solutions.
• Proven ability to align product strategy with organisational goals while handling technical and
  - functional requirements, ensuring value delivery across the product lifecycle.
