What are we looking for?

- Expertise in Service
Now

- Practical knowledge of ITIL processes

- Experience in project and stakeholder management

- Experience with other Service
Now modules, such as HR Service Delivery or Workplace Service Delivery, is a plus

Responsibilities

- Support the adoption and implementation based on Service
Now.

- Coordinate
