What are we looking for?

• Expertise in Service
Now

• Practical knowledge of ITIL processes

• Experience in project and stakeholder management

• Experience with other Service
Now modules, such as HR Service Delivery or Workplace Service Delivery, is a plus

Responsibilities

• Support the adoption and implementation based on Service
Now.

• Coordinate

- end delivery of the project (status reporting, committees, governance, action plan)
