Now Developer.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience in Service
  Now development, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
• Strong proficiency in Service
  Now platform : ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and custom application development.
• Extensive experience with Service
  Now Scripting (Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, etc. ).
• In-depth knowledge of Service
  Now APIs , web services, and integration methods (REST, SOAP).
• Experience with Service
  Now Studio , Service Portal development, and Flow Designer .
• Familiarity with Service
  Now reporting , Performance Analytics , and data modeling.
• Solid understanding of ITIL processes and how they align with Service
  Now modules.
• Experience with Service
  Now upgrades and patching processes.
