What we are looking for:

Hard skills:

• Certified System Administrator (CSA) - Mandatory

• Hands-on experience in Service
Now implementations

• Mastering Business Rules, Workflows, Client Scripts, and UI Pages

• Proven track record in integrating Service
Now with other enterprise systems (JDBC, MID Server,

• REST APIs)

• Experience in specific Service
Now modules (ITSM, HRSD, CSM, SPM, PA)
