ServiceNow Senior Business Analyst
Overview
We are seeking a talented and motivated Service
Now Business Analyst to join our ESS - Enterprise Services and Solutions team (previously named Global Shared Services).
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, with specific expertise in Service
Now platform. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, translating them into technical requirements, ensuring the successful implementation of Service
Now solutions, providing training and
- user support.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements
- Translate business needs into technical specifications for Service
Now solutions - Work with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements
- Conduct testing and validation of Service
Now solutions to ensure they meet business needs - Provide training and support to
- users - Ensure good UX design by focusing on
- friendly interfaces and seamless user experiences - Design effective services that meet business needs and enhance overall service delivery
- Create reports and dashboards in Service
Now - Continuously monitor and improve Service
Now processes and functionalities - Stay updated with the latest Service
Now features and best practices
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor-'s degree
- 3-5 years experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with Service
Now - Strong understanding of Service
Now platform and its capabilities - Knowledge of UX design principles and service design best practices
- Excellent analytical and
- solving skills - Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with HRSD and Finance/Procurement Service
Now products - Experience in Shared Services environment is a plus
- Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus
