Are you an experienced Service
Now consultant passionate about driving impactful projects? Join our team to work on exciting implementations and application maintenance for international clients.

What You'll Do:

• Participate in
  -
  - end project implementation and ongoing support of Service
  Now applications.
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams to deliver scalable, efficient solutions tailored to client needs.
• Support and maintain Service
  Now modules, ensuring smooth integrations and optimal performance.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Service
  Now, as an analyst and/or developer.
• Strong understanding of Service
  Now system architecture, integrations, and interfaces.
• Hands-on experience with one or more Service
  Now modules/components such as ITSM, CMDB, CSM, ITOM, HRSD, or App Engine.
• Service
  Now certifications (CSA, CAD, or equivalent) are a strong plus.
• Good command of English (minimum B2 level).
• Hybrid work model from Lisbon or Porto offices (twice a week).
