To support our European intensive growth, the Group has decided to build a large Shared Services Center based in Porto. In this context, we are seeking a Service
Now Solution Manager to join our teams.
As the Service
Now Solution Manager within the Alten Group Worldwide DSI, you will lead the Service
Now Center of Excellence (Co
E), based in Porto, Portugal. This is a global role where you'll manage a
- functional team and oversee all services related to the Service
Now platform for Alten companies worldwide.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Team & Project Management: Manage a team of 6 experts, overseeing deployment and support for Service
Now core modules like ITSM, HR, ITOM, and Facilities; - Governance & Roadmap: Define and manage the Service
Now strategy and roadmap, align it with the group's IT strategy, and ensure compliance with standards such as ISO, ITIL, and LEAN; - Service Delivery: Ensure timely and
- quality project execution while adhering to the budget; - Agile Methodologies: Manage project backlogs, sprint planning, and delivery using Agile/SCRUM methods;
- Budget & Financial Management: Handle both recurring and
- recurring project budgets; - Rely on the Data and analytics solutions provided by the IM IT landscape to analyze the solutions data (ITSM, HR, Facilities, ITOM and App
Engine) in order to have more insights to support your
- making.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
- Master's degree (or equivalent years of experience);
- Around 8 to 10 years overall experience, with at least 3/4 years of Service
Now experience; - Good understanding of ITIL (Certification is a plus);
- Experience in HR services digitalization with Service
Now; - Experience in IT services digitalization with Service
Now; - Understanding of Agile/SCRUM methodologies;
- Experience in shaping strategies and vision, deliver solutions, and provide thought leadership;
- Experience in dealing with Cloud Offerings / Saa
S; - Effective interpersonal, communication skills to articulate at different levels of organization hierarchy;
- Experience in managing and leading partner/supplier relationships;
- Strong financial and budget management;
- Quality - Lean / Kanban / Six Sigma skills as a plus;
- Fluent English.
